1. Introduction
Computers CPR ("we", "our", "us") provides PC repairs, upgrades, custom-built PCs, and other IT services. Our business operates out of Melvindale, Michigan, and we serve customers (individually referred to as "you" or "customer") in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) capacity. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
2. Services
PC Repairs and Upgrades: We provide diagnostic, repair, and upgrade services for personal computers, including but not limited to hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and performance upgrades.Custom-Built PCs: We offer custom-built PCs tailored to your specific requirements, providing expert consultation to help you choose the right components and configurations to meet your needs. IT Services: Our IT services include, but are not limited to, software installation, virus and malware removal, data recovery, network setup and configuration, system optimization, and technical support.
3. Payment and Service Fees
Fees: All service fees, including those for parts and labor, must be paid in full upon completion of the service or as specified on the invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.Non-Refundable: All service fees are non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that all payments made to Computers CPR are final.Failure to Pay: In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold the return of your device until full payment is received.
4. Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and other methods specified at the time of payment.Chargebacks: By making a purchase or paying for our services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks with your credit card provider or bank. If a chargeback is initiated, you agree to reimburse us for the full amount of the chargeback, in addition to any fees or penalties incurred as a result.Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be communicated with us directly within 30 days of the date of the service or invoice.
5. No Warranty
Service Disclaimer: We strive to provide high-quality services but do not offer any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, unless specifically stated on the receipt or invoice for a particular service or product.Limitation of Liability: Computers CPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or hardware damage, resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services that caused the damages.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before seeking our services. Computers CPR is not responsible for data loss that may occur during the course of our services.Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the issues with their PC or other devices. Misrepresentation of issues can lead to additional charges and extended service times.Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our services.
7. Service Completion and Pick-Up
Notification: We will notify you upon completion of the service via the contact information provided at the time of service intake.Pick-Up Deadline: Customers must pick up their repaired or custom-built PCs within 30 days of service completion. Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees. If the item is not picked up within 60 days, it may be considered abandoned, and Computers CPR reserves the right to dispose of the item or sell it to cover outstanding costs.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.Confidentiality: All customer data and personal information collected during the course of our services will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new terms.Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions, but you are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Computers CPR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Computers CPR regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
15. Waiver
The failure of Computers CPR to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Computers CPR.
